is the Sanyo Xacti VPC-E1 better than the Panasonic Sanyo Xacti VPC-E1? because i really like the look of the Sanyo Xacti but want to know what people think?
does anybody have an underwater camera that they think is really good quality?
in general, just looking for a really good waterproof cam corder.

The Sanyo model you selected records webcam quality video.
The Panasonic records dvd quality video that is bigger and of better quality. Plus, you can also buy a DVD burner for the Panasonic waterproof camcorders to burn your videos directly to DVD if you want to skip the editing process on your computer.
If you want the Sanyo, it is fine. The only difference will be the less quality video and lack of “direct-to-DVD option”.
