i have a JVC everio GZ-MG26AA video cam and when i plug it into my computer my videos wont play, they are in .MOI format ?
and when i rename them to a movie format they wont play either !
can someone please help me, i need to put some videos on youtube

try to see the extension of your videos. extensions are the .mpg4 in the last name of the videos. try to download video converters. and convert to video extension.
